Zoho.com

Zoho.com provides an extensive set of SaaS offerings.  Their main service is a CRM application with many similarities to SalesForce.com.  Zoho.com is targeted more to the small business than SalesForce.com.  Their CRM service starts with a FREE service that is limited to 3 users.  Additional users are $12/month for their Professional Edition, and $25 per month for their Enterprise Edition.

For many small businesses this is an excellence first step into SaaS.  The price is certainly right!

One area that SalesForce.com currently has a superior service is in the customization capabilities and the Force.com platform.

Zoho, however, has a broader set of services, including project management, document management, a database application, an online meeting service, an Human resources app, and others.  Please see their WEB site for details.
