As with the Operations part of your business, administrative systems may be adequately achieved with internal systems.  This may be an area that is not a compelling eBusiness application.

On the other hand, if your company operates from multiple locations, an eBusiness approach to functions such as order entry, receivables, payables, accounting and financial management may reduce your costs and enhance your ability to run your business.
